Coffee City has a new Police Chief. Frank Serrato joined the Coffee City Police Department earlier this year as a reserve officer. After the departure of our previous Police Chief, a search for a replacement began. Several candidates were considered for the position but ultimately Frank Serrato was selected. Chief Serrato comes to us from the Houston area where he served as chief in a town comparable to Coffee City.
